Fees For Service

Blyss charges an Engagement Fee, Success Fee, Payroll Service Fee and Consulting Service Fees. 

The Engagement Fee is a fixed fee. It establishes the relationship and commitment of the client prior to the commencement of the candidate search process. The Engagement Fee is non-refundable, regardless of outcome. 

The Success Fee is a percentage calculated on the basis of the base salary, contract value or independent contractor rate of the successful Blyss applicant, less the Engagement Fee. 

The Payroll Services Fee is a percentage calculated on the basis of the Independent Contractor rate when providing Payroll Services to a client. The Fee typically includes payroll administration, insurances and payroll tax. 

The Consulting Services Fee is a fixed fee for once off specialist consulting services.
